Looking to trade my front and rear AP2 bumper for AP1, only looking for NFR so I don't have to deal with paint. My rear is in great shape and the front needs a repaint. The closer to VA the better but I don't mind a drive.

Hello sir, I can do this trade if you like and my bumper is probably in the same as yours where it needs a repaint. Are you just looking to trade the bumpers? Are you looking to trade headlights and taillights too?

 

I may be willing to purchase your front bumper outright, allowing you to offer cash for an NFR front. This is especially useful since your front needs a repaint making it far less desirable as a trade piece. Just let me know.

my front has really light rock chips and rear is great, probably same condition as yours

That's the typical run-of-the-mill people who have no decency to let you know the truth that they have other potential deals lined up.
