what to do is. to get pass law emissions. take length dimensions of your cat & have them make it, then put it on yourself. muffler shops do that all the time to bypass the dumb laws. also if they cann't fabricate the flange, take an old cat & cut the flanges off & have the pipe made. im in north carolina, but we do this alot for about 30 bucks
