There is no such thing as "factory style leather cover", the MY02-03 have a vinyl console covers.

I assume (from what I read) that the Aus2000 cover fit right over the existing carpet and is held in place with the "panel plugs". The plug fit into the existing holes where existing plugs hold the carpet in place.

An MY02-03 vinyl console cover would replace the OEM carpet, but to install it, it looks like you would have to remove the glovebox and radio door area (more then just the door). When installed it extends under the radio and under the glovebox. I don't know if anyone has installed one to replace carpet yet. The price of this from a dealer is 300 +

I've installed a vinyl factory cover in my '01 car. I cut it just forward of the radio door. I left the existing carpet behind the dash and removed the carpet on the console, replacing it with the vinyl. Looks as good as the leather IMHO and you can use the existing pins to secure it.

To the best of my knowledge none of the aftermarket leather console covers replace the carpet. They sit over it. At least that is true of the Aus and Ricks.

I highly doubt anyone would be selling a Honda '02/'03 vinyl cover unless they were scraping a car. You could probably buy the part from Honda but I suspect it will be considerably more than the second hand price of one of the leather aftermarkets.
