I think the best thing to do is ask someone in the Australian or UK thread to help you buy a pair and ship over. They've got the chrome ones you're talking about

semi, look at this ebay link. Email the seller and see if he could sell you some outside of ebay. I've noticed that on his feedback profile he's only selling JDM S2000 headlights. Last year I emailed another ebay seller selling chrome headlights, and I almost got them, but I had to ask the seller to send me back my check because my cell phone bill was freakin $1000!
