Anyone know where I can purchase the plugs so I can cover up those ugly license plate holes???

In the front I assume? You should be able to purchase them from some dealers (they should be cheap) or get them free at other dealers. Some dealers charge, others just give them to you. If you bought your car at a Honda Dealership, let them know, they should be able to hook you up.

Those items aren't even worth shipping. Especially with the abudance of Honda dealers in Southern California.
