Considering you can still get brand new 04 rims and tires (<10 miles) for $1,000 aren't you just a tad too optimistic on your pricing?

Dude, why dont all u low ballers back off and respect someone elses sale threads. What the hell is up with this. I am sick of reading all of u certain individuals who put down or make fun of a sale. U dont like the price, go kick rocks. ur comments and sarcasm are not needed here. The price of these wheels and tires are of what the seller sees reasonable. u got a beef with it, PM him... oh wait.. on second look, all u guys with nothing better to do but say crap about a members sale, I can see now why... u guys cant even fork up 20 bucks a year to become members and support ur s2ki community. Oh ya, u found 04-05 wheels and tires with 10 miles for 1000.00? Awesome! GO BUY IT! U want an award or something posting that in someone elses sale thread? How bout a cookie? A slice of cheesecake? The going price are as high as 1500.00 plus shipping with like 500 miles. Low, like 1250.00 in need of new tires. 1100.00 plus trade on AP1 wheels for a set off an 05 is a fair and reasonable deal. and just a thought, after seeing the wheels on the 06's I can trust that the 04 and 05's will be worth a lot more. Sorry, but I think it's part of posting in the for sale section. I will often post something for sale and because i haven't researched what the item is going for I will get helpful advice on what it's really worth. If you don't want comments on the price then you should advertise in the newspaper. Besides he even got a free bump to the top

Oh and the 06 wheels are different? since when? They look the same on the Honda website

 

Yes I agree on what u said to an extent. If the price is outrageously unfair, still common respect is not far fetched to have. Let me ask u.. when was the last time u saw 05 wheels and tires with 10 miles for 1G? Is that something that happens everyday? Is that the going price for 05's? I think not. Are comments like "What a great deal.. syke" needed? The going price for AP1 wheels and tires with decent tread is like 2 to 300 bucks a set. 1100.00 for trade for 05's gives a seller for a bit of room for negotiate. Unfair price? I think not. Sure members watch out for one another from getting a bad deal.. If I was selling an Invidia exaust with the burnt tips for 1200.00 with 1000 miles on it, ya call me out and FAST. but the sale here is not un reasonable at all. The 06 wheels did change. There is a thread going to see how many like or dont like them in the SoCal forum.

 

Based on what? a 330x200px image scanned from a brochure where the car takes up less then half the image size? Man do socal guys have imagination.

ap2 rims go for around 1300 to 1400 depending on the condition they are in.
ap1 rims go for around 200 to 300.


so i think what kevieeroh is asking for his rims are fair.

and if u guys don't like the price take a hike... don't mess up other people thread.
