I belive the mastergrade widebody kit was designed by them and not copied. I first saw the kit in the feb, 2004 issue of honda tuning, they claimed it would cost $6,500. I like the looks but like 10blade said it's just for looks and way too expensive at that. As far as customer service, I havent ever bought from them and dont plan on ever doing so. Here's some pics of mastergrade's kit:

tenblade2001 I am with you on the rear end. It looks almost as if it is birthing a smaller car out the rear, but no one says you have to use the complete kit.

Could use the front off one kit and the rear off another.

I love the way that kit looks except for the back. Is it really $6500?

That's what they claimed in the Honda Tuning magazine. They dont post the price on the Mastergrade web site, so I suppose that means it's a bit pricey.

they were way off on the price in the HT magazine, but that's still too much for me to want to completly convert my car to wide body. Especially since it's just for looks.

I talked with Perry in person a couple months back, and he quoted me at $4500 for the kit, but you also have to remember if you want it installed correctly and right, your looking at about 50 to 75 hours of labor if not more. So thats another $2000-$3000 right there. The Mastergrade widebody is a beautiful kit, but for the money you could have a turbo and a regular body kit that looks good also.
