It does come with everything needed including a new Fuel Pump. It was rebuilt be the previous owner becouse he thought it was making a weird noise but come to find out all superchargers make that noise. But since Vortech had it there he went ahead and had it rebuilt.

I do need to sell but I will not go any lower than $3000.00 but the buyer would have to pay for shipping then. If it sells for more than I will pay for shipping. BUMP

The crank pulley is there as well everything needed is in the kit. I have the instructions from vortech on the computer that I can email to you. It has the complete parts list and everything needed to do the install.
