I have no idea. Must not be as many ballers on the board as there used to be. I would have loved to find a set of like new volks for $1,000 off when I was looking.
But I think the main reason is that CE28F don't have the lip that people like. Plus, they are a little too wide up front and a little too narrow in back, and the offset will cause rubbing if you're not careful.
Maybe people are going for RE30's right now. I know that's what I would get if I needed wheels.

Dunno, your price is pretty good. It's not really $1,000 difference though, brand new RE30 or CE28 go for $2300. As soon as you mount tires you lose at least $300.
Benefit to the ce28nf is BBK fitment and a forged rim you know no one else will have. Offsets and rim sizes are perfect for 215/255 combo without any modification. 225/255 would be close but some negative camber would fix that. I had planned to run 235/255 with some wide fenders but I changed my mind with what I want to do with the car.
I see your point though. People see these and consider what they could buy ce28's or RE30's for. Ha I would love to get $300 less than what i paid even considering two of the rims are brand new. I guess it all depends on what you are looking for in a rim.
Thanks for the bump
