Does the 330mm wheel block the tach at all?

 

No, it does not.

 

do you know if this places the steering wheel closer to you compared to stock? im looking for something maybe thats maybe 50mm closer

 

It moves it slightly closer to the driver, you can get a spacer that extends it even more if you want. Most noticeable difference is in car control and how more precise it makes the steering feel.
