These are brand new alloy racing lugs in a titanium gold finish (see pics). They are half the weight of stock lugs and are threaded for Honda, Acura, Toyota, Lexus, Mazda and Mitsubishi in M12x1.5. I opened one package to take pics, the others are sealed. There are 16 lugs and you supply the wheel lock of your choice. They retail for $92 + shipping.
