Default T1R Rear Bumpsteer Kit

Used T1R Rear Bumpsteer Kit for sale.

These are the 2nd generation ones. The rod ends have developed play in them, so they will need to be replaced. Replacement rod ends from McMaster Carr or Aurora can be sourced for ~$100.

*Rod end covers are not included*

Brand new these sell for ~$360-375 +shipping & tax. Asking $165 shipped.

Location: Bay Area, California per the stats under my avatar.

Besides the difference in the color, I've heard that the tapered stud might be stronger, but I have no official confirmation of that.

Ok thanks.
I looked up t1r and noticed the first ones were gold color.

Why are the covers not included and what material are they made of?

Because the rubber covers were purchased separately and aren't included with the BSK from T1R. They have been used elsewhere.

Thanks for clarifying.

Pretty good deal for someone with the time and resources to rebuild these.

By Rod Ends developing play, do you mean they make clicking noises when installed and putting pressure on the wheel?

If so, mine are starting to click and I'd like to know where I could get new ends!
