Stock Struts with Ebaich Springs, Floor Mats, Knob
#13
Thanks. I'll try loosening the suspension components that need taken off when the springs and struts are replaced and set the car on the ground and then retighten everything with it all preloaded. I'm sure this is why mine isnt setting level. It's actually been this way for about 3 years and I just now noticed it a few months ago. LOL

If someone is willing to take just the springs, I would like to take the mounting hardware from the stock shocks. ie: the spring perch/isolator and washers/bushings/dust covers.
Reason for this is so you wont have to ship the heavy dampers, but I can reuse the hardware for Konis.
I dont mean to be abrasive, but from my experience, stock dampers used with lowering springs from an my00 with that kind of mileage I would think is suitable for a quick fixie, but probably not suitable as a long term replacement. But then again, it depends on how the original driver used his car. All I know is my shocks are going out at 60k miles, so i'm looking for a replacement solution from my my05.
thanks!
