Forgive my ignorance, but what's so special about this block that it costs over 7k?

 

It's blueprinted and balanced, higher compression ratio and is all brand new parts. I don't think it quite warrants the 7k price tag, that's why I'm asking 4

 

Cool, just didn't know if it was basically a stock bottom end with a spoon badge or if something was actually done to it.

if its a bare block, its not "Blueprinted and balanced" or "higher compression"

I see no pistons so i assume no rods and i also assume no crank. all of that which you listed has to do with the parts that are missing.

this is a block that, if run, was run harder than most and higher rpm and now just has a spoon badge on it.
