I have this header, and I can "claim" that it improved mid-range torque in the my Ap1 with bolt ons.
It makes sense from the design also because the primaries on this header are significantly longer than OEM, which would make sense to improve torque.
I haven't put it on the dyno to prove this, so this is just speculation.
If nothing else, its lighter than stock and gets all pretty blue when heated.
