i heard that with this unit installed, you cannot close your radio door

 

There is a write up somewhere on here regarding the install, I believe its a perfect fit.

 

I have one installed and I can close my door. Its a little tight, but it does close. Its a great unit and I love it... my only complaint about it is that the NAV system is a pain to use, but its really helpful for getting you to where you need to go if you don't know where you are going... if you want the quickest way there, see what way it wants you to go and drive the other way.


Overall, I like it and would recomment it to others.

 

mine closed fine..If wire it so there isn't a thick bundle back there it slides right in..

 

where are you located???...

 

It fits fine, even at full tilt I can close the door with my avx2 which is basically the same unit without nav.
