Yes it will work. All S2000 have the same head. Only the parts inside the head differ.

As for installation. It will take a few good days if it is a DIY. But if you have never replaced a head and don't have the Helm manual, then the job is not for you. If you don't do the head bolt EXACTLY as documented in the Helms manual. You will be buying a new motor.

How much would this gasket bump the stock 11.1:1 ratio up to?

And can I run this on the stock ECU (as well as 91 pump gas), or would I have to get some kind of standalone to tune the A/F and timing?
