sorry to hear about what happen, maybe you need to contact him first give him some time to repsonse? I don't think its right to post all his personaly info on here either, give him sometime to response maybe he is out of town? good luck getting your money back

Hey that's fine. It has been three weeks since he's last contacted anyone, including PayPal, I think that's plenty long enough to get your story out.
What are you going to let him know? That his information is publicly available and that I know how to use copy/paste?
