The install of the engine hardware would probably run around $1000-$2000 depending on the shop or mechanic. The install of the AEM EMS and UEGO wideband you could do yourself.
You WILL HAVE to get an upgraded fuel pump. You will also need a decent laptop to comunicate with the AEM EMS computer. You will also need coolant and oil for the supercharger install.
You SHOULD get a high flow exhaust and a pro-flow or similar throttle body.
You should also get a heavy duty clutch, suspension and wide sticky tires to hold down the power. Possibly some gauges etc to monitor things in the engine/fuel system.
Hope this helps.
