The SRS light will always be on when eliminating the air bag unless you remove the bulb itself.

whres the dummy connector? i disconnected my airbag, didnt se anything
i unistall the airbag and reinstalled it.
i talked to ardy n he said there was a resister in the plug and he has an hkb?

(8:19 PM 7/15/2004) vapor: the HKB hub adapter came with a resistor that plugged into the SRS harness. If you have that resistor, you can switch b/w steering wheels, otherwise, the SRS light will come on an you need a special tool to reset it/turn it off.

i did the install on my DC2 and i remember there is a dummy connector. i'm not sure if it's the same for the AP1.
if the SRS light is on with the aftermarket hub/steering wheel, i would remove the light bulb.
the hub and cage is officially SOLD!!...now locking thread. the Work Emotion wheels is still for sale, but it has it's own thread.
