Thumbs down Remus Exhaust System (and mid-pipe) - 4.5" tips

For sale is a Remus Sports Label System Exhaust (both sides) and mid-pipe. 4.53" openings. You can find info here:
http://www.remusexhaustshop.com/s2000-remu...-26_27_172.html
http://www.remusexhaustshop.com/s2000-remu...c-26_27_28.html

These retail for nearly $1500.
Asking $550+ shipping (or pick-up on Long Island, NY)

These are rare and the perfect sounding exhausts IMHO. REMUS generally makes exhausts for higher-end cars and is big with the European car tuning crowd. There's no droning but it's got a nice low rumble and is louder than stock, though not exceedingly so. I'll try to locate sound clips I took a few years ago. The exhaust tips are absolutely gorgeous. Install is a simple DIY and uses all stock hook locations. No cutting or welding involved.

The only thing that's missing is one of the gasket rings (one of two). I've included a picture of the one that I do have. I originally had to pick one up from the Honda dealership I think, or you can probably get one at Meinke or other muffler shops. I've also included two videos I took from the day I installed the exhaust, comparing stock to the Remus, as well as photos comparing the two exhaust sizes/look:

Not on the level of exhausts like Invidia or HKS, maybe halfway. It's definitely a more aggressive/bass aftermarket sound. Truly sounds great without being obnoxiously loud or burbly IMO. Will try to locate that one sound clip I have on my old computer, but I may not have access to it until this weekend.

Love the stock look, with a little bit bigger tips, and more volume

Thanks, it's a quality exhaust for those not looking for anything that sets off car alarms.

Very cool. Never saw a Remus on a S2k! They're more common high-end aftermarket for Ducati and BMW bikes. Definitely sound good on those.

Does it weigh less than stock? Went to their site but it didn't say.
