That link doesnt discuss a CR exhaust. It talks about the OEM exhaust from a regular S2000 with the UK mod. Uk Mod = welding a pipe to alter some of the flow to bypass the twin loop muffler.

An actual CR exhaust is the exhaust removed from a S2000 CR, which is completely different. It doesn't have the twin loop. And it comes like that from the factory.
