Bump for a nice gun! I also have an AR... is that a pre-ban or did you put a collapsable stock on it? It looks great . I thought about putting a collapsable stock on mine, but I don't want the headache because its illegal .

The ban is long gone so you can put a collapsible stock on your AR if you want. That is the magpul stock... works great.

 

I like the Samson rail a lot. It's a two piece, so installation is a lot easier. It free floats the barrel, which is also cool. You don't have to remove the front sight base or the flash suppressor. I just cut the delta ring off with a rotary tool. It's super rugged and doesn't move at all. A lot of people say it will rub on the front sight base, but mine doesn't. It's EXACTLY the same as the Troy rail but with different markings.

Unless you live in a state that had it's own version of the federal ban, you can do anything you want (except SBR's and silencers). I see you're from NY, that sucks for you as far as guns go. I live in a free state, so for me, there is no more ban since the federal ban sunset.

well, your AR15 looks like it had some work done to it.

i like it. how do you like your sight?? i seen it and played with in my armory but never shot with them.

how far do you usually shoot with your ar??

i use few sights on my M4. I use M68 CCO, ACOG 4 power, and my other 4 power scope.

i should take picture of it and post it up in gallery.
