I have my smart phone on ebay if any of you guys want to chime in. It was babied and has no scratches or dings. The finish has rubbed off on one corner about the size of a pin head. As described in the ad, you would not notice had I not pointed it out.

It is not unlocked, but could be. It is a Cingular phone.

im using a siemens sx66 now though which owns it :]
