Up for sale is my authentic Mugen fiberglass hard top painted berlina black. This item is brand new and has never been on the vehicle, it was pulled out to be painted and then put back in the shipping crate. I have purchased all the correct hardware (uses oem honda hardware) and hope it can go to a good home. This cost $400 to get pained and right around the same to have it shipped. This takes between 4-5 months to get from japan and from what I understand is a fairly rare piece. If you have any questions call or text zack.

 

From my experience of Mugen Hardtops.

Hard Tops that start with a "K" are FRP
Hard Tops that start with a "C" are Carbon

Also, Carbon hardtops come clearcoated from Mugen. No reason to paint, and the crack patterns next to your Mugen badge look exactly
like the ones found on the Mugen Hardtop sold by Jeff.

White is from Jeff's badge. Stress cracks along the left, and top show similarity.
Looks like a thick layer of paint was added.



Mugen Hardtops are delivered in a pretty mugen box. Not a wooden shipping crate with rattle canned writing.




Im not saying what you have is fake. Im just saying it isnt what is being advertised.

 

This is definitely an frp top and is worth roughly half of what you're asking.

No not trying to pass this as carbon fiber but I was informed incorrectly.
