bump for a good seller, a great buy, and a steal of a deal. guys, this motor MAKE TORQUE!!! this thing is freaking sick. still trying to get ahold of your dyno graph and i will post it. this thing is making stupid power. vtecin at 3500 and it still wants it lower. any other parts you might wants to part with off your car before you sell it???

Thanks man...

I've actually found a stock short block that I will be swapping in. At that time, I'll close this thread a start a whole new one. I have quite a bit of stuff to part out from the car, including the hardtop and rear diff. But like I said, I'll have a whole new thread for that stuff when its ready.

Also, price on this motor will change when it is a complete short block already out of the car, so everybody knows.

bump, 2.5 is out of the car. It was simply a blown headgasket. I'll have pics in about 2 weeks

5k for it all, 4k for just the short block

just out of curiosity and maybe even a selling point for potential buyers....

about how high can you rev this thing?

it can still be rev'd to 9 and beyond, Skip occasionaly does with his when it helps for certain corners at certain tracks. Mine has seen 9k once in tuning, and 8500 a handfull of times. Power stops increasing at ~ 8 so there isnt much reason to rev further. I believe my limiter was set at 8200

i am keeping the head, its already on the stock short block. Only the short-block from the motor is available
