I'm on the verge of buying a new car and want to sell this off because it's specific to the S2000.
If you don't know what a stealbox looks like, here's a pic from the JL Audio site:
It's nice. The sub that's sitting in the stealthbox is a 10W3v2. It can handle 300 Watts RMS (Continuous). I'm selling the sub with the inclosure because this thing is specifically designed for the 10w3v2. The enclosure MAY fit other 10" subs, but I'm not sure and it would be up to you to make sure it fits. I'm willing to sell these seperate, but it would end up being costing you more unless you already have your own sub. If you want just the enclosure, PM me and make me a deal. The cover is included. It's a durable cover. I was able to transport groceries and even luggage sitting on top of the cover with no problems at all.
The JL Audio stealthbox retails at around $500. This is not the actual JL Audio brandname stealthbox. It was designed by Tweeter (HiFi Buys) by the exact same specifications for the 10W3v2 subwoofer. It is made from fiberglass, just like the JL Audio stealthbox, so it's light and has the appropriate enclosure space for the 10W3v2. This box was designed for a total of $400. The sub was $200. So, this is clearly a good deal. However, the subwoofer that comes with it is the JL Audio 10W3v2.
I also have an Alpine monoblock MRD-M301 amp up for sale. It's power is, you guessed it 300 Watts RMS. Powers the 10W3v2 perfectly. It sounded wonderful in my car.
The sub/stealthbox is about 1 year old. The Amp is about 6 months old. Took very good care of everything (as I always do).
The JL Audio 10W3v2 10" Subwoofer in stealthbox w/ cover are going for $300.
The Amp is going for $100
Good deal if you ask me!

Very clean! JL Audio subs are the best.
Honestly, it's a great setup. I will be getting a 10W6v2 for my new car. I've always used JL Audio subs since I first started buying my own cars. They're truly great.
I would recommend a little dynamat on the top of the trunk area at some point. This helps bring the sound in a bit since the sub is firing upwards, but it's sounds great.
I could hear (and feel) the sub wonderfully with the top up and while it was a tad more muffled with the top down, it was still very loud and apparent.
