Damn that sucks, I hope you get your money back. I hate situations like these, He said it was new, yet he stated above it was mounted on the car. In your mind you are expecting this to be in near new condition, it sucks how words can be twisted around. I hope you get your money back, that would be the nice/right thing to do.

After looking at this objectively, I notice a couple of things. One, the previously viewable pictures are no longer available(to me at least). Two, there is a 3 week window between "SALE PENDING" and "I want my money back."

With Windchaser's history, I immediately assumed his guilt. That is wrong, but human. I'd be curious as to the entire timeline between money sent to realization that the threads were fubar'd. Who's to say that the buyer didn't do that himself by improperly installing it?

Again, I have a gut feeling about the truth of the matter, however, that means nothing without more facts. Hold the lynch mob... for now.

 

If you followed the other threads...you'd know that s2kboyz along with other people that bought from Windchaser...never received their products after being promised that they would be shipped...they were also given fake tracking numbers....only after S2KBOYZ posted that he never recived his product, did winchaser finally ship his oil cooler (which arrived thursday night). S2kboyz then saw the issue with a thread, took it to a profesional shop, this was Friday (yesterday) to see if it could get fixed, and they told him flat out that it was too far gone for them to do anything...
