This is getting resolved right now.

I sent out a wing and the shipping company damaged it upon arrival. And he blames me due to lack of bubble wrap, tha it didnt protect it from the boulder that fell on it.

 

To defend Roger, I purchased his J's Diffusor from him and had nothing but a great experience during the purchase. I felt I was in good hands. We had great communication from the moment I wired him the funds.

I too received the package through DHL and everything was wrapped very well. The diffusor came in great condition and all the hardware was included.

I for one would definately buy from Roger again and i'm sure he's not here to rip anyone off.

When you told me the wing was broken, you said that the box was completely beat up with damage on the outside of it, and one half was completely torn open. Right where the wing was damaged at. Its obvious that something fell on it. What do you think than happened to it? You tell me than what caused it to break.

We already agreed to solve this issue, so please stop making these accusation when I have done nothing wrong and been here this whole time to help fix this. Im giving 90% of your money back and Im getting a broken wing in the end that I didnt even break. Im getting the short end of the damn stick.

Roger is a good guy... I've done numerous transactions with him and i know he will resolve any issues you guys are having right now...
