Tips are in great shape no scrapes on bottom, just need to be cleaned
Greddy install is not too hard, just need to manipulate the wiring so it all fits behind the kick panel which is the hardest part, Do a search, I remember seeing a post somewhere on the site with pics on how to orientate the wiring to fit everything. I routed my cable under the carpet cut a small hole to route wiring, and placed the EMU on the floor under the back part of the seat. Find a way to secure it so it does not flop around while driving, velcro, zip ties etc..
You can also put in those mesh pocket holders behind the seat or even in the back seat pocket but it does not cool as easy in that spot. Regarding emissions I have no clue, they do not check in my state, I would think that and as long as you run a cat, with a working O2 sensor, and you don't have a CEL, I would think you would be fine regarding passing emissions. I would check with other local S2K owners in your state that run piggybacks.
