The block is completely wrapped and sealed, as it came from Spoon. If you are serious about purchasing and being able to see some sort of certification is keeping you from pulling the trigger shoot me a PM or text and I will get you what you need. I would rather not break the seal on the block unless it's absolutely necessary.
I don't really like posting publicly about the parts I am buying/have bought anymore haha. I have a few other things lying around waiting to go in this winter though

I would suggest you ad information about which block this is, F20C or F22C. Spoon describes the F20C 2.2L block as " requires a structure change. Please consult our sales office regarding the required documents and the like."

This short block is ready to be dropped into any S2000.
