$1800 for new rims
~$600 for tires (assuming $150 per tire)
~$50 for shipping
~$50 for mount and balance

=~$2500 for brand new set.

A person asking $2300 shipped is not that bad of a price for practically brand new wheels & tires.

Just my 2 cents

$1800 for new rims
~$600 for tires (assuming $150 per tire)
~shipping was included
~mount and balance are ususally imcluded when you buy a wheel/tire package

=~$2400 brand new

but the average person would pay the xtra $100 to get a new set.

True! 1800 I could see. Free tires is a good reason to buy USED rims.

LE/CE28's don't come with a +52 offset for the front, they come with a +50 offset. You can only have the +52 offset if you a) had them make a custom set for you or b) ground down the inside of the wheel 2mm.
