Nope, will work on 00-05. It becomes a problem for 06+ because of dbw. The kit also allows the air pump to remain in place. Perfect kit if emisions are a concern. The only thing that has to be relocated is the oil filter which I include a relocation kit for.

S2kSandy, what do think of the AEM EMS compared to the Kpro? Most people make the change the other way.
