far as i know everything was taken care of glad it was worked out

 

the package was found by UPS; as soon as I receive the exhaust in the mail, we can consider it settled

 

I'd love to hear that story and know if anyone lost their job?

 

Neither John or I know any real details. The package made its way back to Texas (John) and wasn't found here (NJ).

It may very well have been one of their drivers that took it, or the label could have ripped off. We will never know; but UPS has lost my respect

This isn't the first time John, myself, or others had a real problem with UPS.

The experience also taught the parties invovled as well observers to really clarify shipping terms such as insurance

 

I've had too much damage problems with UPS, and good luck getting them to pay out on a claim, and I always fully insure! I try to stick to FedEx. The boys in brown are just to rough on stuff.

 

yes, everything worked out well. The local buyer never got back with me so I'll be shipping it back out to Dave this week.
