UPDATE 6/15/04: New reduced price, $3300. I'm losing $500 out of this! Retail on the kit is $4,510. Need to sell!

Hey Guys,

After 3 months of wait, they have finally arrived! I have a brand new set of project U calipers. The rotors are the 2 piece SCR-PRO. These calipers are a made to order basis. The one I received are 4-POT 4-PAD. They are usually just 4-POT 2-PAD, but mine were special made. Very rare and I highly doubt not many people on this board own a set. These are BRAND NEW! Retail on the kit is $4,510. I'm asking $3,700, this is how much I paid. Went directly to Mackin Industries. There will probably be only 2 people in the US with this set up. As far as I know, Eddie from mackin and myself.

The reason why I'm selling these is because I decided to go with a different set up. Picked up an anwesome sponsor so these must go! I prefer local pick up if possible. I have included actual photos of the Rotors and an addtional photo of the brake calipers. Thanks!

JOHNS2K...WHERE ARE YOU AT!!! J/K

I'm willing to trade for a mugen carbon hardtop and pay you some cash as well, if reasonable.

SCR-PRO

Black Surface Rotor for Reducing Below-Spring Weight

SCR-PRO utilizes a two-piece construction for superior heat resistance in a quest to further increase braking potential. The new FCD450 material greatly improves controllability and cracking resistance. To further reduce weight, billet aluminum hats are an integral part of the design. Furthermore, the black chrome plating* of the rotor surface prevents the area not in contact with the brake pads from rusting. This newly developed brake rotor is compatible with all sport brake pads including the carbon-blend and full metal brake pads.
