Didn't mean to offend. It does look like a paint issue from the picture and that the whole tops been redone and doesn't have the black on the sides like a oem paint setup would have. Good Luck!!!

That paint chip in the front was there when I purchased it. So I do not know the history on that. I'm sure if you want it resprayed it won't cost more than a hundred or two. I really don't wanna sell it, but I need my car running again. Only reason for the sale.
