I think so, there is a thread in the suspensio nsection about sizes of sway bar.
Ben used this setup on his time attack car before and he recommended me intsead of stiffening the front, to soften the rear to gain the same overall result which is increase rear grip. He told me that increasing the front will make the car's turn in response to be less responsive.
