Played with the phone the other day at the store...they're amazing. Finally Motorola is back at the top of their game, not since the first flip phones have they made such a leap forward. This this is really amazing.

FWIW - I got this phone thru Cingular and put my AT&T sim card in it and it worked fine. I didn't complete my conversion over to Cingular (had the Cingular sim in my hand, but since it was the weekend they didn't have the right people to activate).
I also tried a friend's T-Mobile sim and that worked as well. We called somewhere in Poland on his buck, pretty neat.
I ended up returning the phone (it's quite $$$), but just to let you folks know, it was sim-unlocked from Cingular.

I know for sure it was used with a cingular but can't say if it works with T-Mobile (my brother has t-mobile so I will have him test one of them out if he stops by the new store).
I also got 6 more Cingular phones brand new in the box in today but can't list them until 5 more days pass (I have a time period for Clayton Co PD to run the numbers before I sell them)
Keep a look out I have new items listed daily

After answering over 20 pm's I will not end the auction as I try to be as honest with my ebay accounts (both active-pawn and tandasales.inc).
Please do not get mad its just business and honesty towards my clients

FYI,
The first batch for Razr's were unlocked. Every batch manufactured from them on are all locked. It's relatively easy to get a Razr unlocked. Just need to take it to cell phone shop, preferably a Chinese/Taiwanese one (and make sure you bring a Chinese/Taiwanese friend if your not Chinese/Taiwanese.) and they can unlock it. Costs usually only $15.
Also, reception on the phone is actually pretty damn good. You gotta check what software version you have though. The newest version that comes with Cingular isn't that great. It's got all the Cingular branding on it, locks a bunch of settings, and doesn't include a bunch of programs.
I got this phone through a personal hookup. Paid $70! But damn girlfriend wanted it so I gave it to her.
