Brand new never installed, sold my S2k. JUST the cup holder. Bought it from Modifry.com about a month ago. $15 shipped firm. I also have 4 carfax reports (I bought the package of 5 and only needed one), I will run your carfax for $5 a car. PM me if interested in either.
