Wow, upon asking for my money back, here is the PM reply from this douche bag:
He complains about shipping them twice, when he's the rocket scientist that sent them to the wrong address to begin with. Then, he claims he spent $39 shipping them...I must have just fallen off the turnip truck.
Even PayPal agreed with my claim, but they have no means to collect from this bastid since he has zero in his account:

Hey man basically I don't make any money on the mats. I ship this twice. I sold alot off expensive parts to other people in forum they never complain. And you opnly payin f*vking $40 for mats and refuses to pay extra shipping. I spend $39 for to send it to u. Well it's not my fault you being cheap for not paying for shipping insurance and tracking.
