not sure of spring rates. they are just the regular ground control coilovers.

can the ground control be used on the stock shocks????

 

standard spring rates are 380 lb in I have them and they work great. this set of ground control sleeves and springs can not be used with stock shocks the stock shocks are larger diameter than the konis but the koni shocks are way better than the stock shocks and adjustable and can handle up to 500 lb per in springs.

 

well there's 2 type that are made. one for the koni and one for the stock shocks thats why im asking if this is for the koni shocks or stock shocks. but no need to say no more because this is probably for the koni because he's selling the koni shocks too. thx

 

Does anyone know what the CR spring rates are?
