i bought it from honda heaven and they said it has 28xxx kmh . i didnt know that its not swithchable like usdm one.

the buttons are rip but they are still there. yes you still can push them.

I can't see Honda making an entirely different cluster just for JDM with the only 'feature' being that it can't do something.
