I have a used Inline Pro Rear end setup for sale. This setup has roughly 15k miles on it.

InlinePRO has developed a kit using 6061 billet alumnium to custom mount a R200 ( Nissan 300zx NON-TURBO 1990-1996 ) Differential into your S2000. The R200 uses a 4.08 gear, which is real close to the S2000 4.10. This allows the speedometer to be real similar to stock. With this differential kit, we have launched street car s2000 with drag radials and slicks making 500-675 rwhp. This differential is also in s2000 street class, race car making 800+ rwhp.

So this was $3,596 brand new, PLUS the cost of the actual differential which was ~$400. This setup was bought a few years ago, and i'm only selling it b/c i am parting the car out and put a stock rear end setup back in the car. The ONLY problem with this setup is that the previous owner had a ripped drivers side CV boot and drove a few hundred miles on it. I called DSS and spoke with them about a repair and they said that at the very least it would cost $70 to fix, and at the very most it could be a couple hundred to fix. Or if you are handy, im sure you can repair it yourself. I am selling this kit WAAAAAY below what it costs new.
