Is the cat shorter than the oem one due to increased length of the header, or is both the cat and header the same length as OEM?

Any idea what any of this will cost to ship to the states?

The header and the Cat are oem length, just that the tubes merge right at the end and hence making it a long tube header. Any longer tubes would require a custom exhaust and would have clearence issues. So yes these are stock lengths.
