FS: F22C crank, rods and pistons
Bought the whole engine from a guy who had it transplanted into an AE86 Corolla, but then had some coolant issues - I think it was a leaking headgasket. I just wanted it for the block and head anyway, so I've got the rotating assembly available for sale.
Just a quick photo for now, but I can shoot more detailed pictures of whatever if desired, and with my better camera too.
Looking for US$175 plus for the crank, and US$125 for the pistons and rods. Plus shipping and PayPal on top of that. Cheapest shipping method to the US is likely going to be Canada Post Expedited Parcel, which comes with some insurance and signature confirmation. Not sure if the crank is within the maximum weight limit for that service though. Otherwise, FedEx or UPS.
I don't think anything is wrong with anything, but I have not looked ultra carefully. No really obvious signs of bottom end damage though. As far as I know (and this was related to me by the seller almost two years ago) was that the car was running but was puking up oil into the expansion tank. I've only just gotten around to pulling the whole thing apart.
If the asking price is waaaaaay out of line (and I don't think it is, but I only perused the forum for similar posts for 5 minutes or so) let me know nicely, just don't be a d*ck about it.
Please PM if interested.
