I have had a shop look at it. He said it was salvagable.

I don't like to build a motor with a crank that's had a spun bearing. I just wouldn't be able to sleep well at night. If you ever come across a good working condition F22 crank, please let me know.

That is easy for the most part. If it is trashed the bearing will show it. I have had one that was and it was easy to see. There is an inpection process, but these were clean as a babies bottom.
