i tried asking for his number... as i always do when the transaction deals with couple hundred dollars... he tells me that he doesnt want his gf to find out... i left my number with him... he should at least called to tell me about the delay... or if hes just out there to rip me off.

Has anyone here tried to contest a charge that was done through paypal directly to their CC company?

I wonder if that would fly... It wasn't the individual that the CC paid, it was paypal.

I have never tryed it, but thats all part of the 0% fraud liablitly(sp??) from what I understand. any fraud that arises from a purchase through a credit card Visa, MC whoevr ur C.C CO is will reimburse your credit line.

 

That's exactly my point & question. You didn't purchase the fraudulent good or service with th CC, you purchased "paypal bucks" with it, and then you turned around and purchased the product with those paypal bucks.
