Default FS: Comptech Adj Springs

After pulling my front suspension off to put Koni Yellows on my Comptech Adj springs I found out that the Comptech Springs will not fit the Koni perches made for the OEM spring basket. The perch needs to be machined down to fit. So with the suspension off my car I walked upstairs and bought a set of Zeals.

My frustration is your gain

Koni Yellow Shocks (4): SOLD

I just purchased these from Donut and never mounted them on my car. Good condition on visual inspection. 0 miles from me and I think ~20k from him. Ready to ship.

Comptech Springs on or off OEM shocks your choice: $385 shipped

Good condition and perform wonderfully. The adjustment holes show a litte wear because they do not have an adjustment tool I just have used a large allen wrench which works very well. I bought these from Cthree, do not know the mileage. I put 10k on them. Will ship when I install the Zeals probably this weekend.

Buy the springs and shocks as a bundle and I will ship for $750.

Paypal or Money Order prefered. If using paypal add $10.00 for each item and I will just eat the rest of the fees.

Thanks, Jason

Will these work with regular lowering springs or will I have the same issues? I read somewhere that something needs machining.

I honestly do not know if the perches need to be machined for the OEM spring set. So many people run these that I would be suprised if that's the case but I do not know.

Comptech's website does not list spring rates I can call tomorrow and ask. I do know that it is different at each corner specific to this car which is part of why they are so well respected.

PMs replied as well. I'm not interested in trades. I prefer money order or PayPal (+fees). If using paypal just add $10.00 to either price I'll eat the rest of the fees.

Cheers, Jason

I personally was not concerned with the milage when I purchased these. Knowing that I would track these and at this price any future revalving would still be a bargin. Although I have not heard of anyone having problems with Koni's due to milage.
