No cutting required, except for the interior plastics if you wish to reinstall them. To install the bar, only drilling through thin steel is required Install time ~2 hours w/interior removed.

I'm tall, do you need to move the seat forward to fit the bar?

ill let you know monday. Despite me not getting on the track anytime soon, this is a hard deal to pass up. Will you help with the install?

I'd help with the install This is a great price on an easy to install bar to get your S out on the track.

I did not check out how much seat travel was lost when I had mine installed. FWIW, I am 5'10" and I sit further back then most and I was able to fit fine. I would do a search for more info on this issue however.

Great product. I want this, but it doesn't have a harness bar...
