nope...I tried doing that once and it is EXTREMELY difficult to do...it is much easier if you use vinyl pin-striping...

Im sure that could be a real pain this makes it much easier, Think im going to have to do this to mine there winter wheels but they could use some sprucing up

I didnt think the stripe could bend that easily without wrinkling. You must be pretty good at pin striping. Trust me when I say I would find a way to screw that up. Any way, nice looking wheels.
